The incumbent creates and integrates web-based personalization tools including applet development (mobile applications, Google Gadgets, etc.). The incumbent gathers, reports, and evaluates web statistics and data. The Programmer provides technical support for content management systems such as Drupal and web publishing applications such as WordPress.
