Collaborates with Information Service Librarians to ensure reliable operation and usability of the library's key public web content; and therefore must understand the user's experience. In addition, this position is charged with the coordination, project management, and technological work related to the planning, development, coordination, maintenance, and evaluating of the Newton Gresham Library's web presence for all service content, and interfaces; also provides reference/information services to library patrons with an emphasis on evaluating the quality of library web interfaces for library patrons.
