The librarian will provide leadership for the management, development and assessment of the library's collections, including the planning and implementation of the library’s institutional repository. The incumbent will bring a forward-thinking, innovative and strategic perspective in the library's approach to collection development that is both learner-centered and responsive to the University's curriculum. The librarian will lead and coordinate outreach efforts to raise awareness and educate the University on trends and issues in the areas of scholarly communication, open access, open education resources, copyright, and fair use.
