The Head, Discovery & User Experience Department will provide leadership and vision for the development of a continuously evolving range of services, discovery systems, and online interfaces that support users and ensure a consistent and successful online and in-person experience. The position manages the libraries web presence (Drupal), content strategy for online services, and works in collaboration with the Enterprise Library Services Team (UITS) to deliver the discovery experience for library services and content (Blacklight and EDS).
