At the rank of General Librarian, the Digital Collections Outreach Librarian reports to the Head of Digital Programs and Services and works to promote the use of the digital library. This position will create lesson plans, digital exhibitions, and other outreach-focused secondary source materials. They will promote the resource among a variety of stakeholders via trainings and presentations and work closely with Special Collections staff to expand and diversify the digitized archives and special collections materials in the Louisiana Digital Library.
