The Open Education and Scholarly Communications Librarian leads the University Libraries’ support for open access publishing, open educational resources (OER), affordable course materials, and related initiatives. They manage, promote, and report on the Libraries’ services for faculty using, creating, and publishing OER, and serve as a subject expert on scholarly communications topics. This role works closely with library colleagues and university partners to advocate and work for more open, equitable, and sustainable practices in research and education.
