In terms of service portfolio, the AD directs the development, programming, operations, and assessment of several campus-wide library services including information technology and administrative services. Within the Information Technology division are IT systems and infrastructure services, library software development, end-user computing services, enterprise library systems management, cybersecurity, digital library preservation and repository services, coordinated resource discovery, and web services management and administration. Administrative services include library human resources, business and financial services, and library acquisitions. A key focus of this position will be sustaining and advancing technology innovation and the continuous improvement of administrative services in support of the Libraries’ mission.
