- Designs web-based and mobile user interfaces to support delivery of library services to faculty, staff, students, and other customers through the library website, blogs, research guides, and other platforms managed by the department as well as platforms and applications managed by other departments in the libraries.
- Designs and maintains online visual elements to enhance clarity, effectiveness, and appeal of library services to all constituencies, supporting branding and communication objectives at the university, library, and project level.
- Provides user experience design services to the Libraries¿ content management systems and key technology-based projects.
