Defining and Certifying Electronic Publication in Science: Mark S. Frankel (American Association for the Advancement of Science) and Roger Elliott (International Council for Science, UK) are the co-chairs of a working group that, at the request of the International Association of Scientific, Technical and Medical Publishers, has prepared a paper on "what constitutes 'publication' in science in the electronic environment." Comments are welcomed.
