The Public Knowledge Project has released Open Journal Systems 2.1.2.

Here's an excerpt from the announcement listing new features:

• Complete CAPTCHA support in OCS 2.x
• Review forms ported from OJS
• Add a la carte items to registration
• Merge users at site level
