Columbia University Press has made Gutenberg-e open access (gratis open access under Peter Suber's OA definitions).

This has nothing to to with libre Open Access, it’s only gratis OA. You cannot make libre OA when not granting re-use privileges beyond fair use. There is no re-use possibility in the “license”. Thus it is NOT libre OA or “libre OA” doesn’t make sense.

My mistake. “Gratis” was what I meant to say. Posting too late at night. Corrected.
