The individual will provide leadership, management, and strategic planning for bibliographic access to print and electronic continuing resources, scholarly papers and presentations, and research data in all formats, ensuring effective and accurate access to these resources in the library's catalog, institutional repository and forthcoming webscale discovery layer environments. This position will provide metadata for resources in the scholarly information cycle, from research data to scholarly articles and published journals. The successful candidate will collaborate with library and academic faculty to describe and facilitate access to faculty publications and complex research data resulting from grants and other research activities, using the libraries' RUcore cyberinfrastructure.
