The incumbent serves as Associate Director of the Information Systems Division with administrative, management, and strategic planning responsibility for the Division, including development and maintenance of computer and network systems, full life-cycle of application development, implementation of national standards and best industry practices in information technology, enterprise architecture and quality assurance for NAL databases (scientific data sets, bibliographic, digital objects), information security and privacy, cybersecurity, developing and managing NAL's World Wide Web presence, and ensuring interoperability with target information systems worldwide.
