The Scholarly Communications Outreach Librarian will lead the Pennsylvania State University Libraries' efforts to support scholarly publication innovations and reforms, and supervise education and outreach activities related to Penn State`s open access resolution and policies; to support and promote Scholarsphere, the Penn State Institutional Repository; and to promote other Libraries scholarly communications initiatives.
