Reporting to the Head of Digital Reformatting & Microfilm Services (DRMS), the Audio Visual Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and oversight of the special collections audio visual (AV) digitization project. As a member of the Library's Preservation Department, the AV project manager will oversee all aspects of the project interacting with the special collection owners across the Yale University Library (YUL) system, in-house digitization facility, and vendors in coordinating the flow of materials, the setting of deadlines, and monitoring of the project budget.
