The Director, Information Technology Services (ITS) manages the Information Technology Services departments and provides leadership for the assessment, procurement, deployment, management and enhancement of information technology activities and daily operations in the Duke University Libraries (DUL). The Director is responsible for the implementation of innovative information technology services that support the scholarship of faculty and students as well as the work of library staff.
