Under the general direction of the Associate University Librarian for Enterprise Services, the Director of the Information Technology Services (ITS) program directs and leads a team of technical professionals responsible for the design, delivery, and maintenance of the information technology infrastructure. The Director provides leadership in the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of a mature, robust, and sustainable information technology platform and manages a department composed of four units: Desktop Services, Operations, Service Desk Services, Development and Web Services.
