Reporting to the Assistant University Librarian for Public Services, the Head of User Experience is responsible for the overall management and administration of the User Experience unit. The unit is engaged in a full range of UX and assessment projects to measure the impact or value of the MSU Libraries' spaces, services, and resources. This position also leads the User Experience Work Group to enhance collaboration on assessment projects across library divisions.
