The Content Strategy Librarian is responsible for organizing, administering, and improving the Libraries' web content. They work with subject librarians to evaluate the needs, usage and effectiveness of the Libraries’ content. To ensure library content is available and accurate, they conduct accessibility audits, manage WordPress' configuration and content structure, train staff, and create guidelines & best practices. This position uses analytics to steer improvements and inform projects, and partners with the User Research Librarian to better understand our diverse users’ needs.
