his strategic position will lead the University Libraries' efforts in supporting social sciences data management and curation needs at Penn State. This is a tenure-track faculty position reporting to the Head, Research Informatics and Publishing. Major responsibilities include: leading the Data Learning Center, collaborating with colleagues across the Libraries in planning, delivering, and evaluating Library services and support for social sciences research data; collaborating with faculty on course-based instruction, consultations, and projects involving social sciences research data needs; support departmental data information literacy initiatives; and outreach to students, faculty, staff, and the broader academic community.
