The post is based within a small and friendly team which works both remotely and on campus. A key part of the role is to manage licensed e-resources such as e-journals and databases, ensuring relevant knowledgebases are accurate and resource access is maximised. You will provide support to colleagues and users, troubleshooting access issues to ensure problems are resolved and collect usage statistics to inform renewal decisions.
