The Libraries Electronic Resources Access Coordinator focuses on establishing and maintaining access to electronic resources licensed by the University of Tennessee Libraries, including online journals, databases, streaming video, ebooks, and datasets. This position requires a thorough understanding of and experience in all aspects of activating, managing, problem reporting & resolving, and supporting ongoing access to electronic resources with current authentication and library system technologies, especially the library service platform, knowledge base, link resolver, proxy server, and article discovery service.
