You will lead the Systems & Service Development team to develop and manage various systems and digital services (e.g. access to digital collections) and to facilitate continuous improvement and service development. With the Associate Director for Service Design & Delivery, you will collaborate with IT colleagues to drive forward our plans to enable strategy through technology.
