The Special Collections Digital Access Librarian provides leadership and coordination for creating and stewarding Library Special Collections’ digital and born digital materials and supports LSC efforts to provide access to digital special collections material across platforms. In alignment with departmental priorities and needs, the Special Collections Digital Access Librarian partners with curatorial, professional, and technical staff in LSC and across the UCLA Library to champion the unique characteristics and needs of LSC’s digital collections, enhance LSC digital collections workflows and operations, and contribute to developing systems and services in support of expanding online and in-person access to digital special collections.
