The Technical Lead for Research Learning and Scholarly Resources will provide customer service excellence by partnering with clients to administer, support, and train staff on library applications. This position will take ownership in guiding and managing the solutions used for research, learning, scholarly communication. The Technical Lead will oversee, monitor, and administer enterprise services including Dataverse, Bepress, ArcGIS, GeoBlacklight, custom integrations, and other related services as directed.
