- Coordinates and provides guidance on all DLC imaging activities including generation of content files for DigiNole, implementation of quality assurance workflows, derivative generation, and adherence to FADGI guidelines in digital conversion.
- Creates and maintains all schedules, workflow, and documentation required for the imaging program and management of the DLC equipment.
- Manages and maintains all DLC equipment so the deliverables meet FADGI and/or project-specific guidelines.
- Hires and supervises staff in the DLC imaging program. This role is responsible for training, assigning, and evaluating staff work. Tracks and reports the DLC work statistics on an annual basis.
