- Create, manage, and enhance metadata to organize and provide access to USDA-funded scientific research data.
- Coordinate acquisition, description, cataloging, and loading workflows for digital media. Support the development of automated systems for technical processing in the area of metadata and/or bibliographic control.
- Develop new and revised methods, techniques, and procedures for dealing with a wide array of cataloging workflow, library system usage and data flows that do not lend themselves to traditional approaches.
