Performs highly advanced (senior-level) managerial work providing direction and guidance in strategic Information Technology (IT) operations, planning, and modernization within TSLAC. Work includes coordinating with program directors to identify, establish and implement strategic goals and objectives to enable technology advancement in all areas of the agency. Will lead discovery, research, analysis and management for current and new agency technology services and infrastructure. Will lead and provide IT project oversight, training, and customer service.
