- Participating in the design, testing, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting, administration, and evaluation of multiple essential discovery; delivering and inventorying systems in the Library’s portfolio including Alma/Primo VE, OpenAthens, the Springshare LibApps suite, and Application Program Interfaces (APIs) from Library vendors;
- Researching, evaluating, recommending, testing, and implementing new technologies in collaboration with librarians and library staff;
- Providing training and support for the Library on the configuration of library systems and services through troubleshooting, data analytics, and system enhancements;
