The Team Lead plans and implements technology strategy for the Libraries including development and operations of library applications and collaborates with leadership to determine ongoing needs and strategic direction of technology. They oversee infrastructure for library assessment, digital collections, scholarly publishing, and other crucial services. They also coordinate with outside vendors and the Office of IT on campus to deliver services including desktop support, server/storage management and administration, classroom/conference room A/V, the library services platform, and other shared initiatives.
