Under the general direction of the Assistant Director, the Head of Systems is responsible for building and sustaining the technological infrastructure and team needed to ensure the [Hoover Institution] Library & Archives can collect and provide access to the significant digital collections that align with our institutional mission. Leading a dynamic team, the Head of Systems sets the vision and direction, manages resources, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement innovative strategies for ingesting, managing, and preserving digital content.
