The Associate Director, Technology Services & Support, resides in the Technology & Digital Programs Division of University Libraries, the division that provides and supports digital library services, web applications, discovery services, endpoint management, information security and privacy, digitization and digital preservation, and technical infrastructure and reports to the Associate Dean for Technology and Digital Programs. The Associate Director collaboratively and consultatively leads the planning, development, and operation of Libraries client computing infrastructure resources and services, including the IT Service Desk. This role provides direction to a department of professional staff and student workers and oversees endpoint management, printing, shares, and other aspects of support for over 650 user endpoints and approximately 25 servers.
