- Lead campus efforts in creating open educational textbooks, open educational resources, and other teaching materials
- Collaborate with partners to expand open access efforts on campus and explore other open research opportunities
- Serve on the University System of Georgia/GALILEO Georgia Knowledge Repository Committee and as the library champion for Affordable Learning Georgia on the Augusta University campus
