Digital Exploration Center Librarian at University of Central Florida

In this new role, you will coordinate a wide range of cutting-edge research initiatives, from data visualization and geospatial mapping to digital storytelling and humanities projects. You will coordinate with other colleagues and will offer consultations, workshops, and a variety of scholarly events. As a leader, you will be instrumental in launching and shaping the Libraries’ new Digital Exploration Center (DEC), opening in early 2026. This state-of-the-art facility will feature an immersive visualization lab, extended reality (XR) technologies, an adjustable classroom, podcast and production studios, and flexible collaboration spaces.
