1. Promotes awareness of the changing landscape of scholarly communication to faculty, students, and researchers in collaboration with subject matter experts in the libraries through outreach and instruction. 2. Responsible for leading and planning library-wide scholarly communication program. 3. Implements the Library Strategic Plan’s goals and objectives related to scholarly communications. 4. Advocates and promotes the use of the library’s institutional repository, seeking out contributors, and serving as a spokesperson to publicize the repository’s benefits and uses.
