Digital Humanities Data Analyst at Arizona State University


Under general direction, design, implement, and/or deploys tools for statistical analysis, text analysis, data mining, modeling and simulation, information design, network analysis, and data visualization. Performs professional work in training and mentoring students; collaborates with university-wide disciplines and library units toward shared goals; and the research, design, development, implementation and maintenance of data science projects. Work typically involves researching a complex problem and providing knowledge about the tools, methods, and theoretical issues and innovative digital methods to humanistic research questions using data science tools. May work with or lead others on larger projects.
