The Web and Digital User Experience Librarian works in a cooperative team environment, leading efforts to design user-focused, accessible, and data-informed digital services and to develop, support, and manage the Hesburgh Libraries’ continuously evolving web presence. This position works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to improve and enhance access to library services and resources across the Libraries’ websites. The Web and Digital User Experience Librarian designs and coordinates user testing and assessment of web-based services features.
