This position is responsible for maintaining and managing library software including the integrated library management system and other tools; assisting users, planning and implementing outreach activities, and supporting and troubleshoots equipment; In collaboration with the two staff members, this position will be helping organize and coordinate daily activities to maximize effective use of library technologies; provides regular and on-demand training; seeks to make library staff independent and proficient users of technology.
