They serve as Website Product Manager for the Libraries, providing oversight to several (mostly Drupal-based) websites and ensuring that colleagues make user-centered content and design decisions. They chair the library’s Web Strategy Group, the cross-departmental team that makes decisions and recommends priorities for the library’s public-facing web presence. They serve on the Web Support team to address web requests from library employees. They also identify ways to improve our web-based library tools for search, discovery, and content management.
