Reporting to the Assistant VP Library Technology and Information Management, you will ensure the ongoing development of systems and technology under the Office of Knowledge Management and Information Science (OKMIS). Working alongside colleagues, partners, and university subject matter experts, you will help develop new technology to support OKMIS functions and student success, monitor performance, troubleshoot, and address technical issues. You will be responsible for data management within OKMIS, ensuring data maintenance, collection, and organization, and providing statistical reporting, analysis, and support to staff in data-related tasks.
